Quality Inspection
Ensure the items are in their original condition, unwashed, and with all tags attached to qualify for a successful exchange or refund.
Pack and Ship
Securely pack the items in their original packaging and ship them back to our designated warehouse address using a traceable courier service.
Processing and Resolution
